Sleep Deprivation doubles the risk of heart attack

A British Study shows that Sleep Deprivation can double the risk of a heart attack and other diseases.
Over 40% of people in the US regularly get less than 5 hours of sleep per night. Doctors recommend that people should get about 7 hours of sleep per night.
Getting too much sleep can also be harmful, contributing to depression or cancer related fatigue.
